Fatigue After Eating

How Chinese medicine differentiates fatigue after eating into the two patterns you'll actually meet in practice, and the points for each. Distinct from this site's own Bloating After Eating page. Acupuncture only — no herbs.

This page is educational, for practitioners and students — it is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace a proper in-person assessment. Fatigue after eating that is severe, sudden, or comes with other new symptoms needs medical evaluation to rule out a metabolic cause before assuming a simple pattern.
