1. Qi and Blood Deficiency
Clinical manifestations: Dull, aching soreness; weakness worsening with exertion; general fatigue; a pale complexion; dizziness; symptoms improve with rest and gentle movement.

Treatment principle: Tonify Qi and nourish Blood to restore nourishment to a weakened shoulder.
