Lower Back Pain

How Chinese medicine differentiates lower back pain framed around Kidney and lower-burner involvement into the 4 patterns behind it, and the points for each. A deliberate companion to this site's own Back Pain page, which is framed around Bi-syndrome and channel obstruction instead. Acupuncture only β€” no herbs.

Lower back pain with numbness, weakness, or loss of bladder or bowel control needs urgent medical evaluation to rule out nerve compression.
