1. Spleen Deficiency With Dampness
Clinical manifestations: Soft, painless scrotal swelling with chronic, gradual onset, abdominal bloating and loose stools, heavy limbs and fatigue, poor appetite.
Tongue: Pale, swollen body with teeth marks, white greasy coating, moist surface. Pulse: Soggy and slow, soft and lacking force.
Treatment principle: Strengthen Spleen-Qi, dry Dampness, stop fluid accumulation from within.
Note: moxa applicable on the tonifying points. This site has no combined Spleen-deficiency-with-Dampness slide, a gap confirmed absent many times over this project (most recently Vocal Cord Edema, this same batch) — no pattern link is given here; points still link fine individually.
Clinical manifestations: Scrotal swelling feels cold and heavy, worse in cold damp weather, no redness/heat/sharp pain, cold hands and feet, loose or watery stools.
Tongue: Pale, swollen body with teeth marks, thick white greasy coating, excessively moist. Pulse: Deep, slow, and soggy, especially weak in the rear positions.
Treatment principle: Dispel Cold, transform Dampness, move Qi in the lower burner.
Note: moxa applicable throughout. Linked to this site's Damp-Cold-in-the-Bladder slide via the same Lower-Burner organ-system logic used for Tongue Atrophy (batch 39) and Frequent Urination (batch 40).
Clinical manifestations: Red, hot, painful scrotal swelling, burning sensation during urination, feeling of heaviness in the lower body, acute or subacute onset.
Tongue: Red, slightly swollen, with a yellow greasy coating thickest at the root. Pulse: Slippery and rapid, may feel soggy.
Treatment principle: Clear Heat and drain Dampness from the lower burner.
Note: no moxa. Direct match with this site's own Damp-Heat-in-the-Bladder slide via the same Lower-Burner organ-system logic.
Clinical manifestations: Soft, non-tender scrotal swelling, feeling cold overall (worse in the lower body), frequent urination especially at night, soreness and cold pain in the lower back and knees, fatigue and low spirits.
Tongue: Pale, puffy, tender with teeth marks, wet white coating. Pulse: Deep, slow, weak, especially at the Kidney position.
Treatment principle: Warm Kidney-Yang and promote water transformation.
Note: moxa applicable throughout. Direct exact-name match with this site's own Kidney-Yang-deficiency slide.
Clinical manifestations: Fixed, stabbing scrotal pain worsening at night, history of trauma/surgery/chronic lower abdominal pain, dark circles under the eyes or dusky complexion, swelling feels distended and heavy, not soft.
Tongue: Purple or dusky body with stasis spots and distended dark sublingual veins, thin white coat. Pulse: Choppy or wiry, rough and uneven.
Treatment principle: Invigorate Blood and dispel stasis to unblock channels and restore fluid exchange.
Note: no moxa. Direct match with this site's own Liver-Blood-stasis slide via the well-established stasis-spot-tongue marker.
