1. Turbid Dampness Obstructing the Middle Burner
Clinical manifestations: Head feels heavy or wrapped in fog, body feels heavy with tired limbs, poor appetite with sticky taste, stuffy and full sensation in the upper belly, worsens with damp/rainy weather.
Tongue: Pale, swollen body with teeth marks, thick white greasy coating, especially in the center. Pulse: Soggy and moderate, possibly slippery.
Treatment principle: Dry Dampness, strengthen the Spleen, move Qi.
Note: moxa applicable on ST-36. This pattern's own presentation has no Cold marker, so it is not forced onto the Cold-Dampness-invading-the-Spleen slide, consistent with the established precedent from Dark Circles Under Eyes (batch 39). No pattern link is given here; points still link fine individually.
Clinical manifestations: Constant desire to sleep yet not refreshed by it, mental cloudiness and listlessness, palpitations worsening with exertion, cold hands and feet with chilliness, bright pale face with possibly purplish lips, shortness of breath on activity.
Tongue: Pale, puffy, tender body with teeth marks and a white slippery coating. Pulse: Deep and weak, especially faint at the left Cun position.

Note: moxa applicable throughout. Direct exact-name match with this site's own Heart-Yang-deficiency slide.
Clinical manifestations: Feeling cold all over (worse in the lower body), cold and aching lower back and knees, frequent urination especially at night, low energy and desire to sleep, pale or dark complexion.
Tongue: Pale, puffy, tender body with teeth marks, wet white coating. Pulse: Deep, slow, and weak, especially at the Chi positions.
Treatment principle: Warm and tonify Kidney-Yang, restore vital fire, dispel interior Cold.
Note: moxa applicable throughout. Direct exact-name match with this site's own Kidney-Yang-deficiency slide.
4. Lesser Yin Cold Transformation
Clinical manifestations: Constant desire to sleep or drowsiness, ice-cold hands and feet, severe chills with curling up in bed, diarrhea with undigested food, no thirst with preference for warm drinks.
Tongue: Pale, puffy, tender body with tooth marks and a white slippery coating. Pulse: Fine, faint, deep, and slow.
Treatment principle: Rescue devastated Yang from collapse, warm the interior, expel Cold.
Note: moxa applicable throughout, this is a severe Yang-collapse presentation. This is a classical Shang Han Lun six-stage Cold-transformation pattern rather than a zang-fu organ pattern, and this site's decks are organized by organ — no pattern link is given here; points still link fine individually.
