Tongue: Pale, thin coat, tooth marks. Pulse: Fine and weak.
Treatment principle: Tonifies Qi and nourishes Blood to restore nourishment to the skin.

Clinical manifestations: Limb heaviness, bloating after eating, loose stools, fatigue, greasy mouth sensation; worse in damp weather and with heavy foods.
Tongue: Pale, swollen, tooth-marked, white greasy coat. Pulse: Soggy and slow.

5. Wind-Damp
Clinical manifestations: Wandering joint and muscle pain, limb heaviness, shifting numbness; worse in damp or windy weather and with cold exposure.
Tongue: Normal or slightly pale, white greasy coat. Pulse: Floating, soggy, moderate.

Note: This site's decks have no Bi-syndrome or Wind-Damp slide, confirmed absent many times — no pattern link is given here.
Clinical manifestations: Cold numbness of the lower back and legs; lower-back and knee pain; frequent night-time urination; deep coldness; fatigue with low spirits; limb swelling; worse with cold and overwork.
Tongue: Pale, puffy, tender, tooth-marked, wet white coat. Pulse: Deep, slow, weak.
Treatment principle: Warms Kidney Yang and disperses internal cold to restore warmth to the channels.
