1. Spleen and Stomach Qi Deficiency

Clinical manifestations: Fatigue, poor appetite, loose stools, a pale complexion, mild epigastric discomfort after eating.
Tongue: T Pulse: o
Treatment principle: pale, swollen body with thin white coat,weak, especially at the right middle position

Clinical manifestations: Distending epigastric pain radiating to the ribs, acid reflux, belching, irritability worsening with stress.

4. Stomach Blood Stagnation

Clinical manifestations: Fixed, stabbing epigastric pain worse at night, dark vomitus or stool, a palpable epigastric mass.

5. Qi and Blood Deficiency

Clinical manifestations: Profound fatigue, pallor, unintentional weight loss, dizziness, poor appetite.
