Blocked Ejaculation

How Chinese medicine differentiates blocked (anejaculatory) ejaculation — distinct from Erectile Dysfunction and Premature Ejaculation already covered — the five patterns you'll actually meet in practice, and the points for each. Supportive care only. Acupuncture only — no herbs.

This page is educational, for practitioners and students — it is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace a proper in-person assessment. Persistent blocked or retrograde ejaculation needs a proper medical work-up (nerve, prostate, or medication causes must be ruled out) before assuming a simple pattern; acupuncture here is supportive alongside that care, never a substitute for it.
