Treatment principle: Nourishes Blood, directly restoring color to lips and nails by providing material substance.
Note: moxa applicable on ST-36. This site has no organ-nonspecific Blood-deficiency slide on any deck — no pattern link is given here; points still link fine individually.

Tongue: Pale, puffy, tender body with tooth marks and thin white coating. Pulse: Soft and weak, especially at the right Guan position.
Treatment principle: The Spleen transforms food into Qi and Blood; when Spleen-Qi is weak, the production of nourishing Blood slows down.
Note: moxa applicable on ST-36/BL-20/REN-6. Direct exact-name match with this site's own Spleen-Qi-deficiency slide.
3. Qi and Blood Deficiency
Clinical manifestations: Pale lips and nail beds, deep fatigue and weakness, dizziness or lightheadedness, shortness of breath on exertion, pale or sallow complexion, poor appetite or reduced food intake, heart palpitations.
Tongue: Pale body, may be thin or have teeth marks, thin white coating. Pulse: Fine and weak, especially in the right Guan position.
Treatment principle: When both Qi and Blood are deficient, the body lacks the vital energy to circulate nourishment and the material substance to color the tissues.
Note: moxa applicable on REN-6. This site has no combined Qi-and-Blood-deficiency slide, a gap confirmed absent many times over this session — no pattern link is given here; points still link fine individually.

Tongue: Pale, swollen, moist with teeth marks, white slippery coating. Pulse: Deep, slow, and weak.
Treatment principle: Yang is the body's warming and propelling force; when it is deficient, internal Cold dominates and Blood circulation becomes sluggish.
Note: moxa strongly indicated throughout. This site has no plain organ-nonspecific Yang-deficiency slide — linked to the closest match, this site's own Kidney-Yang-deficiency slide, since the moxa-heavy treatment approach here (DU-4, REN-4) is identical.
5. Interior Cold
Clinical manifestations: Severe cold limbs, abdominal pain relieved by warmth or pressure, no thirst or only wanting hot drinks, clear abundant urination, loose stools or diarrhea, pale lips and nail beds with an icy quality.
Tongue: Pale, puffy body with teeth marks, white moist or slippery coating. Pulse: Deep and slow, deep and tight in Full Cold, deep and weak in Empty Cold.
Treatment principle: Internal Cold constricts the blood vessels and slows circulation to a crawl; warmth relaxes the vessels and thaws the stagnation.
Note: moxa strongly indicated throughout. This site has no organ-nonspecific Interior-Cold slide on any deck, a gap confirmed absent many times over this session — no pattern link is given here; points still link fine individually.
