1. Heat in Uterus Blood
Clinical manifestations: Heavy menstrual flow with dark red sticky blood, periods arriving early by a week or more, sensation of heat in the lower abdomen, intense thirst for cold drinks, flushed face, restlessness and irritability.
Tongue: Red body with redder tip, possible prickles, thin yellow coating tending to be dry. Pulse: Rapid and wiry, may be slippery.
Treatment principle: Cool the excess Heat scorching the Blood, restore normal blood consistency and flow.
Note: no moxa. This site has no standalone Heat-in-the-Blood/Uterus slide, a gap confirmed absent many times over — no pattern link is given here; points still link fine individually.
Clinical manifestations: Fixed stabbing lower abdominal pain, dark purple or blackish blood with large clots, pain worse with pressure and at night, dark circles under the eyes or purplish nails.
Tongue: Purple or dusky body with stasis spots, distended dark sublingual veins. Pulse: Choppy or wiry.
Treatment principle: Invigorate Blood circulation, dispel stasis, break up clots.
Note: no moxa. Linked to this site's own Liver-Blood-stasis slide via the dark/purplish discoloration-marker rule.
Clinical manifestations: Irritability and explosive anger before the period, distending pain or tenderness in the ribcage and breasts, bitter taste in the mouth, thick sticky menstrual blood, dark red or purplish, flow may be heavy with clots.
Tongue: Red body with redder sides and yellow coating. Pulse: Wiry and rapid.
Treatment principle: Soothe Liver-Qi stagnation at its root, clear the Heat it generates, regulate menstruation.
Note: no moxa. Direct exact-name match with this site's own Stagnant-Liver-Qi-turning-into-Heat slide.
Clinical manifestations: Scanty but thick and sticky bright-red menstrual blood, night sweats, five-palm heat, dry mouth and throat worse at night, flushed cheekbones, restlessness and irritability, scanty or delayed periods.
Tongue: Red, thin, dry body with cracks, little or no coating. Pulse: Fine and rapid.
Treatment principle: Nourish depleted Yin, clear empty low-grade Heat without damaging fluids, cool the Blood.
Note: no moxa. Matched to this site's own Kidney-Yin-deficiency-Empty-Heat-blazing slide — same underlying Yin-deficiency/Empty-Heat framing, naming worded slightly differently.
5. Damp-Phlegm in the Uterus
Clinical manifestations: Gluey or stringy menstrual blood, scanty or delayed periods, profuse thick white vaginal discharge, lower abdominal heaviness and fullness, fatigue and drowsiness, poor appetite and loose stools.
Tongue: Pale, swollen body with teeth marks, white greasy coating thicker at the root. Pulse: Slippery and deep, possibly slow or soft.
Treatment principle: Strengthen the weak Spleen, dry Dampness, transform Phlegm accumulation.
Note: moxa applicable on REN-4. No uterus-specific Damp-Phlegm slide exists on this site — the closest is a general Spleen-deficiency-with-Dampness combination, itself a gap confirmed absent many times over — no pattern link is given here; points still link fine individually.
