1. Spleen Deficiency With Dampness
Clinical manifestations: Copious, white or pale-yellow, thin, odorless discharge, fatigue and heaviness after eating, poor appetite with bloating, loose or unformed stools, heaviness in the limbs.
Tongue: Pale, swollen body with teeth marks, white greasy coating. Pulse: Soggy and slow.
Treatment principle: Strengthens the Spleen, drains Dampness, soothes the Liver and regulates Qi.
Note: moxa applicable on ST-36. This site has no combined Spleen-deficiency-with-Dampness slide, a gap confirmed absent many times over this session — no pattern link is given here; points still link fine individually.
Clinical manifestations: Yellow or green, thick, foul-smelling discharge, genital itching or burning, bitter taste in the mouth, heaviness in the lower body, dark, scanty, or painful urination.
Tongue: Red body with yellow, greasy coating, thickest at the root. Pulse: Slippery and rapid, more pronounced at the rear (Chi) position.
Treatment principle: Clears Damp-Heat from the Liver and Gallbladder channels, targeting genital symptoms.
Note: no moxa. Linked to this site's own Damp-Heat-in-the-Liver slide, which this session confirmed is genital-specific in its own text — a direct match here, and reinforced by the source's own treatment principle naming the Liver and Gallbladder channels.
Clinical manifestations: Clear, watery, cold discharge, sore aching lower back and knees, feeling cold especially in the lower body, frequent clear urination especially at night, fatigue and low spirits.
Tongue: Pale, puffy, tender body with teeth marks, wet white coating. Pulse: Deep, slow, weak, especially at the Chi position.
Treatment principle: Warms and tonifies Kidney-Yang to stop the watery discharge.
Note: moxa strongly indicated throughout. Direct exact-name match with this site's own Kidney-Yang-deficiency slide.
4. Toxic-Heat
Clinical manifestations: Yellow-green, pus-like discharge, foul offensive odor, lower abdominal pain or tenderness, bitter taste with thirst, fever or heat sensation.
Tongue: Red body with yellow, greasy coating, prickly thorns may appear. Pulse: Rapid and slippery.
Treatment principle: Clears Heat and resolves toxicity, cools the Blood, disperses swelling and dissipates nodules.
Note: no moxa; fever with foul pus-like discharge needs prompt medical evaluation regardless. This site has no standalone Toxic-Heat slide on any deck — no pattern link is given here; points still link fine individually.
Clinical manifestations: Scanty or absent vaginal discharge, vaginal dryness or itching, dark menstrual blood with clots, dull or stabbing lower abdominal pain, pale or sallow face with dusky tinge.
Tongue: Pale-purple body, thin with possible stasis spots, distended sublingual veins, thin white coat. Pulse: Fine and choppy, possibly wiry on the left Guan position.
Treatment principle: Nourishes Blood and dispels stasis, addressing both the deficiency and the sluggish circulation.
Note: moxa applicable on ST-36. Linked to this site's own Liver-Blood-stasis slide via the discoloration-marker rule (dusky tinge, stasis spots), with the Blood-deficiency component flagged as a gap that slide alone does not cover.
