Acid Reflux-Related Cough

How Chinese medicine differentiates a cough caused by acid reflux into the six patterns you'll actually meet in practice, and the points for each. Distinct from this site's own Chronic Cough and GERD pages. Acupuncture only — no herbs.

This page is educational, for practitioners and students — it is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace a proper in-person assessment. A chronic cough always deserves its own medical work-up to confirm reflux is really the cause before assuming a simple pattern.
