2. Qi Deficiency Causing Blood Stagnation
Clinical manifestations: Fixed pressing or dull ache in the limbs or back, band-like sensation around the chest or waist, limb heaviness and tingling, fatigue worsening with activity, shortness of breath, reluctance to speak, dull or dusky facial complexion.
Tongue: Pale-dark or pale-purple with stasis spots, teeth marks, thin white coat. Pulse: Deep, fine or weak, and choppy.
Treatment principle: The body's Qi is too weak to push Blood through the vessels; the spinal channels become undernourished and sluggish.
Note: moxa applicable on ST-36. This site has no combined Qi-deficiency-causing-Blood-stagnation slide, a gap confirmed absent many times over this session — no pattern link is given here; points still link fine individually.
Clinical manifestations: Soreness and weakness of the lower back and knees, night sweats with heat in the palms, soles, and chest, dry eyes with blurred vision, insomnia or restless sleep with vivid dreams.
Tongue: Red, thin body with cracks, scanty or absent coating, dry surface. Pulse: Fine, rapid, and wiry, weak in the left Chi position.
Treatment principle: The Kidneys and Liver are depleted; the spine loses nourishment, leading to progressive weakness and stiffness.

Tongue: Pale, swollen, puffy with teeth marks, white slippery coating. Pulse: Deep, weak, slow, both Chi positions especially feeble.

Note: moxa strongly indicated throughout. Direct exact-name match with this site's own Kidney-and-Spleen-Yang-deficiency slide.
Clinical manifestations: Fixed stabbing pain in the spine or limbs, pain worsens at night and with pressure, dark purplish lips, nails, or complexion, sensation of tightness or band-like constriction around the chest or abdomen.
Tongue: Dark purple body with stasis spots, distended dark sublingual veins, thin white coat. Pulse: Choppy and rough, possibly wiry.
Treatment principle: Blood flow in the spinal channels becomes sluggish or blocked; nerve pathways lose nourishment, creating fixed stabbing pain.
Note: no moxa. Direct match with this site's own Liver-Blood-stasis slide via the established discoloration-marker rule.
